Check-in resembles a chaotic mess, devoid of any proper system. Rooms appear hastily converted from singles to doubles, leaving limited space with mismatched furniture. Showers have loose heads. It seemed down for a while. WiFi connectivity issues leave the TV non-functional, which can be a real letdown for evening relaxation. The smell from the fridge permeates the air, hardly inviting, and cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with mold in the kettle. Towels didn't replenish , which feels like a basic expectation.

Location is right across from Windsor Castle, giving you awesome views. The room had all the amenities you'd need like a tv, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Very clean with a nice shower setup, including body soap and shampoo. Relaxing spa facilities were enjoyable too.

I was totally enchanted by the fine views of the castle right outside my window. The afternoon tea at the brasserie was good, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Plus, the cozy modern bathroom was a little touch of luxury.
